Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the fourcup.in website and any course, demo class, or service offered by Fourcup Technologies Private Limited (“Fourcup,” “we,” “us”). By visiting this website, booking a demo, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. About Fourcup

Fourcup Technologies Private Limited operates Fourcup Schools, a practitioner-led IT training platform offering courses in Software Testing/SDET, SAP ERP, Cloud & DevOps, Full Stack Development, and Artificial Intelligence, delivered online and, where noted on a specific course, in a classroom setting in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for adult learners — typically freshers, working professionals, and career switchers aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are enrolling with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Enrollment and Fees

  • Course fees, batch schedules, and duration are as displayed on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment, or as communicated to you directly by our counselling team.
  • Full payment, or the first instalment under an EMI plan where offered, is required to confirm your seat in a batch.
  • 0% EMI, where advertised for a course, is offered subject to the payment partner’s own eligibility criteria and approval; Fourcup is not the lender and is not responsible for the lending partner’s credit decision.
  • We reserve the right to change course fees, syllabus content, batch timings, or trainer assignment for future batches at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to a batch you have already paid for and started.
  • We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, combine, or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which case we will offer you a transfer to another batch or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Learner

  • Provide accurate information during enrollment and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Attend live sessions and complete assignments and projects to the best of your ability — outcomes such as placement assistance and any money-back guarantee are conditioned on genuine, active participation (see our Refund Policy).
  • Use any course material, recordings, code samples, or project templates we provide solely for your own personal learning; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish this material.
  • Behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow learners. We reserve the right to remove any learner from a batch, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or that violates the intellectual property of others.

5. Placement Assistance

Where a course includes placement assistance — resume support, mock interviews, and referrals to our hiring partner network — this is provided as genuine, good-faith support and guidance. Fourcup does not guarantee a job offer, a specific salary, or a specific timeline to placement for any learner, and no communication from our staff, on this website, or in our marketing should be understood as such a guarantee. Actual hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring companies concerned, based on their own criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum design, video recordings, presentation material, and the Fourcup name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of Fourcup Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of this intellectual property to you — enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own learning only.

7. Third-Party Tools and Certifications

Some courses reference or make use of third-party software, cloud platforms, or certification bodies (for example, AWS, Microsoft Azure, SAP, or open-source tools). Fourcup is not affiliated with, and does not speak on behalf of, these third parties unless explicitly stated on the relevant course page. Any certification exam fees charged directly by a third-party certification body are separate from, and not included in, our course fees unless specifically stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Fourcup’s total liability to you arising from your use of this website or enrollment in a course is limited to the amount of course fees you have actually paid to us for that specific course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income or missed employment opportunity, arising from your use of our services.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and our money-back guarantee are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, submitting false information through our forms, scraping or copying our course content at scale, or introducing malicious code. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to this website at our discretion if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use this website or remaining enrolled in a course after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of this website, or your enrollment in a course, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Contact Us
